Unattended Clubhouse Access Application

We are please to offer our Social and Senior members the opportunity to use the clubhouse unattended at their leisure. Before using this form to apply, please ensure you understand the Unattended Clubhouse Access Policy and our other club policies under the Governance section of our website. Most importantly, please review our updated Code of Conduct.

You will need to install the TTLock application on your iPhone or Android mobile phone so we can issue you a SmartKey to unlock the door. You may download this application from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

I qualify for this privilege because...

I have been a member for the last 24 months.

I am at least 25 years of age.

I do not have an outstanding account balance with SMSC.

My membership privileges have never been suspended for cause at SMSC.

I have completed the Safe Sport Training offered by Sport Canada.

I understand my responsibilities...

When I open the clubhouse for unattended access, I know I am responsible for my guests, and ensuring the clubhouse use remains in compliance.
