When we race our sailboats The Racing Rules of Sailing normally replace the Collision Regulations under the Canada Shipping Act. This seminar will present Part 2 (When Boats Meet) of the Racing Rules of Sailing as it applies to club-level racing.

Both novice and experienced racers can benefit from this seminar, but to get full benefit, attendees should bring a copy of the 2021-2024 Racing Rules of Sailing or download a copy. If you download a copy you only need print the Definitions and Part 2.

The Seminar will be led by Warren Nethercote, a former international judge and past Chair of the Sail Canada Racing Rules Appeals Committee.

Open to members and guests. Preregistration is required. This seminar is free.
