Below are the upcoming Spring Boatkeeper Workshops and courses that will be held at the SMSC Clubhouse. These workshops and courses are open to the boating public, and suitable for boaters of all skill levels. More details can be found on in our training section on this website.

Certified (CYA) Courses:

Instructor: Ed Bottrell, CYA Sr. Cruising & Power Boat Instructor-Evaluator:

  • Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card (PCOC) in conjunction with Set Sail V or stand-alone: June 24-27, 2010

Boatkeeper’s Workshops:

  • Spring Commissioning Your Sail or Power Boat: May 6, 2010 ($5 per person)
  • Introduction to GPS and Navigation: May 20, 2010 ($5 per person)
